Community Work

Hello, welcome to my community page where you can learn about my community involvement!

Peer Mentoring

Peer mentoring has been a deeply meaningful experience for me. I serve as a year-long peer mentor for VIP (Volunteers in Partnership) and CWC (Colorado Women’s College) and worked as a Summer Link Coordinator for a week over every summer. Even after the program ended, I continue to be a resource for many of those students. Mentorship allows me to foster meaningful connections, empower others through shared experiences, and help build a sense of community. It’s incredibly rewarding to make a lasting impact, reaffirming my passion for leadership and service. I plan to continue doing this as long as I possibly can as it is a crucial component in my life!

Scholarship Programs

Being both a Latina First Foundation Scholar and a Greenhouse Scholar has been an incredible honor. The Latina First Foundation empowers Latinas like me to embrace our heritage and leadership potential, while Greenhouse Scholars focuses on building community and fostering leadership. As a cohort leader for this year’s Greenhouse program, I am actively involved in guiding and connecting with my peers. Both programs provide invaluable mentorship and support, fueling my passion for personal growth and community impact. These experiences continually inspire me to give back and lead with purpose.
