IMA Insurance
Role: Communications & Community Relations Intern

At IMA Financial Group, I contributed to event coordination, content creation, and internal communications. I organized events, crafted newsletters, and supported initiatives that fostered community engagement. Additionally, I collaborated across departments to help align messaging with IMA’s mission and values.
COLOR Latina
Role: Communications Fellow
​
At COLOR Latina, I focused on youth engagement, social media strategy, and advocacy for reproductive rights. I developed digital content, managed campaigns, and amplified community voices to promote COLOR’s mission. My role also involved fostering meaningful connections with young audiences and advancing awareness around intersectional social justice issues.
Colorado Womens College
Role: Social Media E-Board Member

As a CWC Executive Board member, I manage the organization’s social media presence, creating engaging content to build community and increase visibility. My responsibilities include developing campaigns, maintaining consistent branding, and using analytics to enhance outreach and engagement. This is NOT a paid role but a scholarship organization.
PODER Latine
Role: Vice President

As the Vice President and a founding member of PODER Latine, I lead the organization’s marketing efforts to foster engagement and promote events to encourage the Latine community to be involved in advocacy work. I develop campaigns to enhance visibility and ensure consistent messaging as the primary point of contact for collaborations with other organizations.
ALPFA DU Chapter
Role: Vice President

As Vice President of Association of Latino Professionals for America DU Chapter, I support the organization’s mission to empower Latine professionals through networking, mentorship, and educational opportunities. I lead initiatives that foster professional development and inclusion. My role emphasizes advocacy for Latine representation in various industries and building a strong support network for our members.

MOS Certifications
Role: Senior Teaching Assistant​

As a Senior Teaching Assistant, I guide students in mastering Microsoft Office applications and earning Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certifications. I lead labs and provide individualized support. My role also involves grading, mentoring peers, and ensuring students are equipped with the skills needed to excel in Microsoft 365 tools.
Childrens Hospital
Role: Youth Action Board Member

As a Youth Action Board (YAB) member at Children’s Hospital Colorado, I advised on projects to improve patient care and raise awareness around youth mental health. I collaborated with peers to design and implement initiatives that foster social change, while also developing leadership and advocacy skills. Through this role, I contributed to creating supportive environments that promote mental wellness within the community.
